Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Alarmor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to both the free and Pro versions of Alarmor, available on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
2. License
Sanora Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
3. Alarmor Pro — One-Time Purchase
Alarmor Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Once purchased, you own Alarmor Pro permanently, including any future missions or features added to the Pro tier. There are no subscriptions, no renewal fees, and no tier above Pro. Pricing may be updated for new purchases but existing Pro purchasers are unaffected.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Sanora Technologies does not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact App Store Support or Google Play Support.
5. Alarm Reliability
Alarmor uses platform-native alarm scheduling systems. While we make every effort to ensure reliability, Sanora Technologies cannot guarantee that alarms will fire under all conditions — including but not limited to: device battery exhaustion, operating system restrictions, device manufacturer battery optimisations, or hardware failure. You are responsible for ensuring your device is adequately charged and configured to allow alarm delivery.
6. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, you are subject to those providers' terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account or at alarmor.app/delete-account.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the App or its servers, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App, or to use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden Sanora Technologies' infrastructure.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at alarmor.app/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trade marks, and other intellectual property in the App are owned by Sanora Technologies or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to Sanora Technologies' intellectual property other than the limited licence described in Section 2.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanora Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Alarmor Pro.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or at alarmor.app. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sanora Technologies is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
